Coffeetown Press publishes mostly nonfiction and academic books but also considers some literary fiction.

Your initial query should include about 50 pages as well as a synopsis and bio. If you have a strong promotional plan for your book, please tell us about that as well. You do not need to go through an agent, but agent submissions are welcome.
If we are interested in reading more, you will hear from us in approximately three months. We need six months to review complete manuscripts. Please let us know if you sign a contract with another publisher during that period. If you have not heard from us after six months, you may send a followup email.
